Who we are

This policy explains how Summit Planners Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Our registered address is 10 Hoe Chiang Road, #04-02 Keppel South Central, Singapore 089315.

What we collect

• Your name, mobile number and email address, when you submit the check.
• The answers you give in the check.
• Basic technical information about your visit, such as the page address you arrived from and campaign tags in that address.

Why we collect it

• To prepare the check you asked for and send you a copy.
• To contact you about your check and about a session, if you ask for one.
• To meet our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for any purpose you have not consented to.

Consent and withdrawal

We collect your details only with your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before you submit. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us. Once you withdraw, we stop using your data for contact, and retain only what the law requires us to keep.

Who we may share it with

We may share personal data with service providers who host our systems, send our messages and manage our appointments, and with Manulife Financial Advisers Pte Ltd where required for compliance. They act on our instructions and are bound to protect the data. We may also disclose data where required by law or by a regulator.

Protection and retention

We apply reasonable administrative, physical and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use, disclosure and loss. We keep personal data only for as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for, or as long as our legal and regulatory obligations require.

Access and correction

You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and how we have used it in the past year. You may ask us to correct anything that is wrong or out of date. We respond to such requests within the timelines set by the PDPA.
